  1. a gigantic bowl of raisin bran
  2. some Gatorade
  3. 3 pieces of left over sweet and sour chicken (Chinese leftovers...lol)
  4. a microwaveable fettuccine Alfredo with spinach Alfredo sauce
  5. a whole plain bagel with a lot of plain cream cheese
  6. some Gatorade
  7. a grande size french vanilla iced coffee with extra extra cream and sugar
  8. a mint....lol...(where'd it go..lol)
  9. a bowl of some kind of spaghetti with no meatballs and weird looking noodles...lol
  10. some water

Awesome, I love it. Would you be open to me making suggestions for our diet? I was thinking we could take a sample menu from the book I told you about and then modify it to the things we like to eat while sticking within the guidelines, Like if they say have tuna fish on a salad and we don't like tuna then we could have some other kind of low fat protein. Let me know what you think.
